The famous Feniglia Dune in the Maremma National Park, Tuscany, is a piece of heaven fallen to earth; collocated between Orbetello and Capalbio and at the heart of a magnificent lagoon, the Feniglia dune is strip of sand which connects the Argentario promontory to the mainland. It stretches for more than six kilometres and features a beautiful pine forest and Mediterranean scrub. Several species of aquatic birds live there and if you love open air sports you can even hire a bicycle and visit the place on two wheels, thus enjoying the most breathtaking views you could ever imagine.
The Feniglia Dune is a WWF protected area!
