Easy Italian recipes : tortellini with fontina cheese

Ingredients: 200 g tortellini stuffed with cheese; 200 g fontina cheese; 50 g butter, milk; heavy cream, salt and pepper.

Preparation: heat the milk, add the butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the fontina into small cubes and place them in the pan with the milk . Keep stirring until dense and silky-textured. At this point add the cream and bring the tortellini to the boil. Next drain the tortellini and pour the sauce over them!
