Resorts in Sardinia for luxury summer holidays in Italy

posted: Saturday 27 June 2009 by Alison in: Sardinia Travel in Italy

The Dune Village resort in Sardinia is a big resort with five different areas located in the Asinara Gulf. It has 484 bedrooms, four swimming pools and five bars in one of the most well-equipped resorts in Sardinia.

The resort beach is eight kilometres long and stretches to the Isola Rossa cliffs, facing the Badesi Marina cost. The landscape is very Mediterranean with terraced orchards and vineyards. The Resort Dune Village has eight restaurants carrying six themed menus, including international cuisine and a romantic menu for a candle-lit dinner.

The Sardinian resort includes a health spa with jacuzzi, relaxation pools, shoulder massage fountains and spa and steam baths. Tariffs range from 74 euros a person a day for half board in a standard room to 444 euros for the presidential suite with sea views. See the website for details.
