Still undecided where to celebrate New Year’s Eve? If so you may be interested to know that in Venice the last night of the year turns into a giant and sophisticated party. This year Eventi&Emozioni has organised a series of special events which will take you on a thrilling journey into Venice ‘s glorious past. A romantic atmosphere which will melt your heart The gala dinner will take place at the Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista, a gorgeous palazzo built by the architect Giorgio Massari in the 17th century and decorated with statues, frescoes and paintings by such famous Italian painters as Tintoretto. The sumptuous dinner will then be followed by a concert by the Opera House Orchestra; a superb concert which will at once transport you to another time and atmosphere.
