Italian recipes: gnocchi with crabmeat

ricetta gnocchi con pesceThis gnocchi recipe will have you licking your chops after every bite; here are the ingredients you need (and remember gnocchi are much easier to prepare than you might imagine):

1 kg potatoes; crabmeat; 20 small tomatoes; garlic; oil; basil; parsley; salt and pepper.

Method: 1. Begin by making the sauce. Brown the garlic in a little oil. 2. Remove the garlic from the pan (a non stick pan) and stir in the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. 3. Cook the gnocchi in slightly salted water for a few minutes; when they rise to the surface, drain and throw in the pan; keep stirring and add the chopped parsley. 4. Serve with basil leaves and if you wish add chilli pepper!
