Italian pasta recipe: spaghetti au gratin with béchamel sauce

spaghetti al fornoThis is a very easy and quick pasta recipe. To prepare the béchamel you need: 100 g butter; 120 g flour; 400 ml milk; nutmeg. Trust me, it’s easy as pie, all you have to do is take a pan and stir in all ingredients; only remember that the béchamel should be velvety smooth. Done that, cook the spaghetti in slightly salted water and then drain. Next quickly fry the pasta in a little butter and then place in a baking dish. Pour the béchamel sauce over the pasta, add the chopped broccoli (or if you prefer meat to vegetables you can replace the broccoli with sausage or bacon) and then sprinkle with pecorino cheese. Next bake for 15 minutes at 180° c !
