April Polls might be delayed

democrazia_cristiana Italy’s parliamentary elections could be postponed. A small Christian Democrat party has just won the right to run in the next general election from which they had been previously excluded.

This new decision has therefore changed the whole political scenario with the members of Democrazia Cristiana now calling for a new election day. Democrazia Cristiana is one of the oldest political parties in Italy. They say they need time to put up their own campaign and how they can do that with 13th April just around the corner? They need more time.

It has just leaked out that the Democrazia Cristiana will probably be on Berlusconi’s side, but apart from this, many political commentators see this new event as a new slide towards chaos.
